- SituationMostly young people who pick Mate instead of uni or college, and adult switchers. Russian in the videos was working worse and worse in Ukraine.
- TaskRe-film part of the design intro course in Ukrainian.
- ActionThe old cuts were outdated, with almost no concrete examples — not enough for absolute beginners. I rewrote scripts for nearly all of those videos, changed structure, pacing and tone, and packed in examples and analogies from a world outside IT. Shot them.
- ResultMate recouped the hire: their model takes a share of students’ income once they work in the field. A stronger course pays for itself.
